Biochemical study for Amoebic dysentery in patients with Entamoeba histolytica in Thi-Qar province/southern Iraq

Entamoeba histolytica is a parasitic protozoan that caused amoebiasis or amoebic dysentery, it an intestinal disease which infects colon and liver Amoebic dysentery spread all over the world. E. causing death of human cells leading to develop invasion, ulceration intestine. However, amebic abscess (ALA) considers as major common extraintestinal by histolytica. The current study was designed estimate effect trophozoite on functions through evaluation some bio-chemical parameters for patients with amebiasis. Blood sample were collected from after diagnosed about 100 stool them microscopically detected PCR technique confirm infection am-amebiasis, subjected biochemical separation serum.
